✨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING✨ • Cancellations must be made 24+ hours before your appointment. If the booking site won't allow you to cancel, you are already within the cancellation window. Contacting me to cancel does not waive the fee. Late cancellations owe 50% of the service total. • Cancellation fees must be paid the same day. Unpaid fees = no future bookings. • No-shows are an automatic ban. • Same-day time changes are based on availability. If I cannot accommodate the new time and you cannot make your original appointment, the 50% fee applies. • Clients must book for themselves. • 10-minute grace period for both stylist and client. • Arrive fully detangled. Previous style still installed = take-down fee added. • Services include shampoo, treatment, blow dry & styling. Trims can be added same day. • Tues/Wed lace or wig clients must drop off lace by Fri/Sat before appointment week. • Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, policy violations, or outstanding balances = loss of booking
